Art Director: June 2007 - November 2009

Moving from a retail consultancy to a global brand experience agency I found myself having to hit the ground running. Working to tight deadlines and budgets; designing for exhibitions and learning how to work under pressure, especially under a pitch situation. 

However, when I was retained on the Nokia Nseries account to amplify campaigns I really started to learn. Working alongside sister agencies opened my eyes to how global accounts are developed and managed. Working on campaigns that went live in several countries, not only did I develop my art direction skills I also developed my skills in delegating work to freelancers whilst overseeing multiple live campaigns. 

However, my biggest achievement at Jack Morton was learning the art of creating engaging brand experiences.

Starting my creative career I was quickly immersed into the international retail sector. Traveling with this particular role and working with international clients taught me how to provide design solutions that would have a direct and immediate impact on consumer sales.
